This listing is for the front unit, a large, bright and private two bedroom apartment with a luxury custom kitchen 1 queen bed, 1 king ( or 2 twins ), 1 bathroom and a large walk-in closet. The sun streams into the mid-century designed living room where, for the occasional guest there is a sleeper sofa. The mattresses are comfy and the bedding new and fresh. The apartment has high speed internet, 60 inch flat screen TV, with Apple TV and Netflix.

The Mid-century experience
There is new open-plan retro kitchen fully equipped with gorgeous green Big Chill appliances - a gas oven and new dishwasher - a new Sub Zero fridge, custom 50's style birch cabinets and a solid cypress bar. The bathroom is a divine shade of pink with original tile and a new toilet. There are cool terrazzo floors throughout and eclectic, mid-century style furniture and decor, including a credenza and a huge surfboard. Our hand-picked art hangs on the wall and we love to showcase local talent. We installed modern central air and heat so you will be cozy in the winter and cool all summer long! The windows and patio doors are all new and hurricane proof. This apartment has it's own outdoor garden space in front with a table and chairs and hammock. The newly landscaped garden is fabulous to share with other guests. There are palms, tropical plants galore and chairs and umbrellas and hammocks, creating different seating areas to relax and read. There are bbq grills and outdoor dining areas for guests use. It is a wonderful garden to entertain and great for those who want to celebrate an event and rent the whole house for friends and relatives. We can provide bikes, surf boards, flippers and snorkels, coolers, beach chairs and many other things for the beach. This unit has it's own washer/dryer and there is another one at the back of the house. Parking available on site ( 1 spot per unit ). Gorgeous sunsets are also offered at no extra charge!

The One Bed
The luxury one bedroom apartment is a calm haven for couples who are looking to relax. It has an inter-leading door to the studio for friends or family who still want extra room whilst keeping some privacy.
The Studio
The studio is the cutest retro space you could possibly hope for! Small, sunny, cozy, romantic with a gorgeous birch kitchen and bright blue retro bathroom. LOVE this space!
